Very poor quality snacks We found hair on food Poor service Poor hygiene ,dust on glasses… Bad experience after waiting for almost one hour we got our food. Only one waiter was there for seving &he was too frustrated. Very poor management.

Very Good place in Sundar Nagar while coming from Manali

We booked for one night in this hotel for my family while coming from Manali to Chandigarh. The hotel is centrally located near the Main highway / road in front of the large water body. The view from the terrace is really good and you can spend some time in the open terrace sipping your tea / coffee. The room is large with clean toilets. Food is also good. The boys like Hemraj and Nishat provide excellent service whenever we ordered food or any other services over phone. Beds are large and comfortable. Nice time we had here, Only problem we had here is getting early morning tea which can be only available after 7.45AM or so...

We went to enquire about the rooms but how the reception ppl spoke to us we lost interest. We just politely asked if they wud offer any discounts they gave us hard attitude and said these are corporate prices and this hotel is like this from past 10 years In this covid situation all hotels are offering discounts but these ppl are giving us attitude Upon that no politeness and no courtesy how to speak to a women Rediculous hotel and I'd not recommend anyone to go to this hotel. This hotel seems to be of some minister.

I will not recomend this hotel spcly if u r going with ladies .. such a mannerless staff boys including managers ac dnt wrk and if u say something they will fight with you .. I checked out at 4 am becoz there was no electricity and staff started fighting ...

I loved my stay. Luxurious rooms, delicious food, hospitality is excellent, and the the view of lake is cherry on the cake. Parking is good and they have terrace space too.I would love to visit again.
